Old person sounds

My best mate Chris told me last night when she came round for some peach vodka and pizza that we both make Old People Sounds when we stand up. "Uroofgh". Or something like that.

Depressing.

So long as I don't start farting everytime I stand up like my fantastic Nana did, bless her.
